Melbourne Winter Weather: Versatile Frock-Coat Cardigan

Transeasonal fashion is a must in Melbourne where the weather on a typical day is transeasonal. Successfully negotiating the vagaries of our weather requires versatility. With this in mind, fashion designer Sophie Lui set to work to create her much admired frock-coat-cardigan.

Made from light, fine Australian Merino wool knitted in Melbourne, Lui's garment breathes and provides warmth. Its generous collar can be folded down or wrapped around your neck like a scarf. Interchangeable, one-off and limited edition silk cuffs allow you to match back your frock-coat-cardigan with any outfit.

The natural stretch and incredibly flattering cut evoke a classic feminine silhouette allowing Melbournian women to feel gorgeous whatever the weather.
